Privacy Policy

Farled Group runs one form: a waitlist. This page describes everything that form collects and what happens to it. If something here stops being accurate, this page changes before the practice does.
What is collected
When you join the waitlist:
- Your email address, because there is no way to email you without it
- Which lists you picked, so you only hear about those
- When you asked and when you confirmed, as a record that you consented
- A one-way hash of your IP address — never the address itself
- Your browser's user agent string, alongside the consent record
The IP hash is salted with a secret value. It cannot be reversed to recover your address, and the same address produces a different hash on other sites. It exists to stop one person submitting the form hundreds of times, and for nothing else.
What is not collected
- No cookies are set. The site has no login, no session, and nothing to remember
- No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising identifiers
- Fonts are served from this domain, so loading a page makes no request to any third party
- No name, address, phone number, payment details, or financial information
What it is used for
One email when a brand you picked opens. That is the entire purpose. You are not added to any other list, and no marketing sequence follows.
The consent record exists so that if anyone ever asks how an address ended up on a list, there is a truthful answer.
Who else sees it
Two service providers, both because the site cannot function otherwise:
- Hostinger, which hosts the site and the database
- The email provider that delivers messages sent from this domain
Your address is never sold, rented, traded, or shared for anyone else's marketing. No data broker, no advertising network, no partner list.
How long it is kept
Until you unsubscribe or ask for removal. Unconfirmed signups expire on their own: confirmation links stop working after fourteen days, and the pending record is cleared out afterwards. Rate-limiting records are deleted after two days.
Getting removed
Every email carries an unsubscribe link that works on one click, with no login and nothing to fill in. Unsubscribing from one list leaves the others alone.
To have an address deleted outright rather than marked unsubscribed, or to ask what is held about it, email hello@farledgroup.com. Requests are handled within 30 days at the latest, and usually the same week.
Where you live
If you are in the UK, EU, California, or another place with data protection law, you have rights to access, correct, delete, or export what is held about you, and to object to its processing. The email address above is how to exercise any of them. Consent is the only basis anything here is processed on, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Children
Nothing here is directed at anyone under 18, and no signup from someone under 18 is knowingly accepted.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected or who sees it, anyone already on a list is told by email before the change takes effect.
